When you contact us a representative will visit you in your home or hospital room to complete an assessment of your particular needs. We create a profile of your needs which is cross-referenced with our highly skilled and diverse pool of companions (employees) to arrive at your best match. The amount of time and services you want or need is assessed and a customized plan is put together to match your priorities.

Waverly Care Associates carefully selects its companions for their skill and reliability, as well as for their ability to be patient and responsive to your needs. All of our companions are required to follow our policies on performance, confidentiality, professional dress code, and other standards of behavior.
We regularly monitor the performance of our caregivers to ensure that you get the best quality of care. We require our companions to participate in orientation and encourage them to enhance their skills through regular training and professional development in order to better serve your needs.
